An instance of this DRM class is a <Light Rendering Behaviour> instance indicating that the light rotates at the speed specified.
Let V be a <Volume Object> instance representing a blue light to be placed on top of a police vehicle that rotates every thirty seconds. V has a <Light Rendering Properties> component L that in turn has a <Rotating Light Behaviour> component with a period field value of 30. The colour of the light represented by V is indicated by a <Colour> component of V with colour_mapping = { Lgt_Render_Bhvr_Primary }.
