This document lists the set of EDCS Attributes that can be used to qualify the meaning of an EDCS Classification. They can be used to refine the meaning of a given EDCS Classification so that the real 'classification' isn't just the EDCS Classification, but the EDCS Classification and its qualifying EDCS Attributes.
