EDCS Usage Overview

• The EDCS is designed to be used:
  • As a Stand Alone Component
  • In Other Non-SEDRIS Interchange Areas
  • As well as SEDRIS Data Generation or Consumption

• The EDCS can and is being used to better define the data requirements for various systems through the use of EDCS terms and concepts.
