Universal Feature Face Level 3

Definition

<Universal Feature Face> instances are used only at feature topology level 3 and higher.

Rationale

A <Universal Feature Face> is used to represent the universe "outside" a complete topological surface, which is specified only for level 3 or higher, in which every topology primitive is required either to be a face itself, or to lie within the bounds of a face.
