A <Time Interval> instance that is referenced to an <Absolute Time Point> with month = SE_MONTH_ANY is treated as having a 30 day month, such that its fields shall specify an interval not exceeding a 30 day period. See <<Time Dependency>> constraint, part 2.
A <Time Interval> instance that is not referenced to an <Absolute Time Point> with month = SE_MONTH_ANY shall be calculated using the actual number of days in that month.
